Time travel is a theoretical discussion for most scientists, fantasy for some, and downright unbelievable to others. To determine if it is even feasible, let alone practical, a number of things need to be discussed and analyzed theoretically:

1. Was Einstein right about relativity being universal ?
2. Is there some kind of unified coordinate system in the universe at the quantum mechanical level ?
3. What would be the theoretical mechanism for time translation ?
4. How do we make the transition from theoretical to a practical realization of the effect ?
